- Fuel Tank Inspection Services at Eielson AFB, AK is being offered as a 100% small business set aside for North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 541380, with a small business size standard of $10,000,000. Work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and equipment necessary to perform Fuel Tank Inspection services on Eielson AFB. Work will include, but is not limited to providing inspections on fuel tanks providing a certificate of inspection. Performance period for resultant services contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 15 calendar days beginning 6 June 2005. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 9 May 2005 with closing date 11 calendar days after issuance. The Request for Proposal will be available by electronic transmission only, via the Federal Business Opportunities web site (www.fedbizopps.gov). Potential offerors should register at www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to submit their contact information by registering as an interested vendor utilizing the Register as an Interested Vendor button. Please note that this function is separate from the Register to Receive Notification function. No bidders mailing list will be maintained. Offers will be submitted on the Standard Form 1449 and must include, as a minimum, the items listed in FAR Clause 52.212-1 (b) (1-11) Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Items. This clause may be viewed at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. All Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database to be eligible for award.
