- Single award contract for the period of Date of Award to July 31, 2006, for the Social Security Administration. Anticipate approximately 4,440,132 packages per year (includes notice, insert, BRM envelope and mailout envelope). Trim sizes are 16-3/4 x 10-3/4? folded to 8-3/8 x 5-3/8 for notice, 8-3/8 x 10-3/4? folded down to 8-3/8 x 5-5/8? for inserts, 5-3/4 x 8-3/4? for BRM envelopes and 6-1/8 x 9-1/4? for mailout envelopes. Notices print head to head in PMS blue 289U and Flint Ink J-6983 (Red OCR dropout ink), inserts print head to head in PMS 289U blue, and envelopes print head to head in black. Operations include the receipt and processing of wire transmitted data; re-development of AFP resources; composition; film making; printing and imaging; folding; inserting; providing mail.dat files; metering or manifesting; presorting; and mailing..
