- MODIFICATION IS ISSUED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Required delivery date is revised to 16 SEPT 05. 2. Dry well type, externally (from tank) replaceable current limiting fuses. 3. 7-position tap. 2-2 1/2 % taps above nominal (12 Kv) rated voltage and 4-2 1/2 % taps below nominal (12 Kv) rated voltage. 4. No rebuilt or re-manufactured units will be accepted. 5. Response date is now 1 July 05 1300 HST. Any questions may be submitted in writing no later than 24 June 05.
