- Department of the Navy, Naval Supply Systems Command, FISC NORFOLK CONTRACTING DEPARTMENT, CODE 200 1968 GILBERT STREET, SUITE 600, NORFOLK, VA, 23511-3392 Description The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk Contracting Department intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the following items. CLIN 0001 is fifty (50) Sewage Hose Assembly, 4 inches by 50 feet, spiral wrap collapsible lay flat discharge hose, rubber, brass female 4 inches Camlock by Brass 4 inches male Camlock fittings on each end. Camlock fittings shall have stainless steel pins on Camlock ears. Hoses to be stenciled with 4 inches letters "sewage" on each end and in the middle. CLIN 0002 is fifty (50) Steam Hose Assembly 25 feet X 2 inches. Steam hose shall be rubber wire reinforced with stainless steel liner. Hose shall conform to Military Specifications, MIL-H-29210(AMEND Z) requirements. Stainless steel liner shall be fully attached to female ends. All Hoses shall be hydrostatically tested to 150 PSI, and the contractor shall provide certification for hoses upon delivery. The place of delivery is NAVFAC MID-ATLANTIC, Material Department! , 9742 Maryland Avenue, Norfolk, VA 23511-3095. A complete Request For Quotation (RFQ) package will be available on or about 23 June 2005 by downloading the documents at the Neco Website as follows: http:// www.neco.navy.mil. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 423830. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the RFQ and subsequent amendments to the RFQ will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the CCR database prior to award! , during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
