- The Corps of Engineers has a need for a contract for Fabrication and Delivery of two (2) Vertical Lift Gates for the Emsworth Lock and Dam project located in western Pennsylvania. The gates are of welded steel construction and are approximately 100 long, 14 high, and weigh approximately 93 tons. Delivery of the gates will be to the Pittsburgh Engineer Warehouse and Repair Shop (PEWARS), Neville Island, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The period of performance will be approximately 210 calendar days. T his procurement is a small business set-aside (NAICS Code is 332312, size standard is 500 employees). The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a printed paper hard copy format. The CD's will be available approximately 07/22/05 at no charge.
