- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement does not constitute the only solicitation; q uotations are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The combined Synopsis/Request for Quotation number is W52H09-05-T-5780 and will be published on the ASFI website at https://acquisition.army.mil. This procurement is 100% small busi ness set aside. Offers are due no later than 28 June 2005 10:00AM CST at fax 309-782-6727 or email- AndersonE@ria.army.mil The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 331315 with a size standard of 750 employees. Description: Alumi num Plate 5083 H131 (Other acceptable tempers: H113, H321, H323 or H112) .750 inch thick X 48 inch X 120 inch, AMS-QQA-250/6. Total order quantity: 220 plates. The material being procured from this solicitation is subject to all requirements of the Buy A merican Act. All applicable clauses are full test in the Request for Quotation document and will be incorporated into any final award resulting from this solicitation. Delivery of the plates is critical and the purchase order will be awarded to the small business contractor that is lowest price and can conform to the delivery requirements. Earlier deliveries than that refernced in the RFQ are acceptable. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Rock Island Arsenal, Rock Island, IL. This is a rated--DO A5-- order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). All contractors will be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system to be eligible for award.
