- Description
- The Forest Service requires the design and fabrication of metal stairs to meet OSHA regulations on the Challis Rappel Tower on the Challis Ranger District, Salmon-Challis National Forest, Custer County, Idaho. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The performance period will be 45 calendar days. Work is estimated to start August 15, 2005. Quotes are due at 3:00 p.m. MST, August 5, 2005. The estimated price range is under $25,000. This project is an emerging small business set-aside. The solicitation will be available on approximately July 6, 2005, and can be downloaded from this site at that time. All responsible vendors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database. You may register at www.ccr.gov.
