Solicitation will include a term of base year plus four option years. Destination inspection required. Quantity variance is plus or minus 0% .QAP 001. Solicitation will be issued under Unrestricted, Other than full and open competition procedures. This is a 3C procurement. Surge requirements do not exist for the above references NSN?s.
