- BID FOR CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE OF WORK 001. Lawn Maintenance per the enclosed Scope Of Work: Vendor to provide service that are outlined Contractor will provide all tools, equipment and man power to complete all jobs outlined below within normal working hours of the sites to be serviced, which are 0700 to 1500 Monday through Friday. Lawn maintenance of the RX will consist of cutting all grass inside the fence and including the fence line, as well as wire trimmed as close to trees, buildings, and fences as possible with out damaging any objects or cars. All curbs will be edged and all clippings and debris will be swept up when all cutting is completed. All (5) stone beds will be kept weed free and neat. Lawn maintenance of the Facilities Engineering site will consist of cutting all grass from where Commodore Webster Dr. Meets Mesa, and go to where Coast Guard housing Units start. Cutting will follow the fence line on the left and down to where the fence turns to the left. On the right side coming in the cutting will include all grass inside the fence EXCEPT water shed areas (the lowest lying areas) these areas are the 2 lowest points on the Facilities Engineering site, one by the tennis court and one behind the Machine shop. There is a distinct geographical line between where is to be cut and watershed. This line of high ground extends around the tennis court, volleyball area, parking lot and up to the backside of the Machine shop, everything ?inside? this area is to be cut. All grass inside this area will be trimmed, curbs will be edged and debris will be swept up when all cutting is completed. All mulch and stone beds inside the area will be kept weed free and neat.
