- The following synopsis is provided as it was mistakenly not posted prior to issuance and posting of the solicitation on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website. The Regional Contracting Office, SW, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton is seeking sources to for research and study of federally listed species and their ecosystems. The solicitation number is M00681-05-T-0104. The anticipated contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This is an unrestricted procurement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The solicitation can be downloaded from the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website, www.neco.navy.mil. Interested parties should submit a proposal to the Regional Contracting Office, no later than 6 J! uly 2005, 3:00 pm local time.
