Description

Contractor to provide consultation to meet Tripler AMC needs. This will include, as applicable, education on survey process and standards, an assessment of operations as related to those standards, findings and recommendations to increase the effici ency and effectiveness of Tripler AMC operations as well as an exit conference designed to review and prioritize significant findings of the consultation. Assess and evaluate current health care operations in relationship to meeting Tripler AMC goals of q uality and patient safety. Assess compliance to the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organization 2005 Comprehensive Accreditation Manuals for (as applicable): Hospitals, Ambulatory, Home Care, Long Term Care, Behavioral Health. Identify important organizational and systems issues related to safety, quality of care, treatment and services and interfaces between those processes. Provide consultative and educational information, as identified during the on-site review and as requested by t he organization. All offers are due by 10:00 A.M.
