- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Far Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation of Purchase Request F1W2E25119A200 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-27. (iv) This acquisition is set aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 511210 and small business size standard is $21MIL. (v & vi) Purchase 1ea Predator DNC/8 software with one year maintenance, 1ea Predator 8-port Flex Hub RJ45 style, 8ea predator 150ft Grizzly Cable for RS232 twisted pair cabling, and 5 days onsite training and setup. (vii) Items must delivered within 30 days of receipt of order. Acceptance will be FOB destination Elmendorf AFB AK 99506. (viii) FAR clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items, is not applicable. (x) Offerors are required to complete online Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx . Offerors must also include a completed copy of the provision at DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representation.
