- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has a sole source requirement that will be given to Defiance County, Ohio to cooperate with FHWA research staff in the development of a Prototype Bridge for the Bridge of the Future (BOF) program. The county will construct a Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil Abutment to evaluate the integrated abutment concept. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the anticipated award date is on or about July 5, 2005.
