Description
PR No: RH051460020000; This solicitation will contain 6 NSNs, for Motors Alternating Current. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. The OEM is Howden Buffalo Inc., Cage: 75477. No other approved sources are listed in the AID. The NSNs, Part Numbers, and Estimated Annual Demand Quantities (EAD) are as follows: 1) 6105-01-121-4506; P/N 525079-3; EAD = 4 each Base Year and 4 each for all option years; 2) 6105-01-211-6510; P/N 525079-1; EAD = 8 each Base Year and 8 each for all option years; 3) 6105-01-297-0929; P/N 500826-4190; EAD = 4 each Base Year and 4 each for all option years; 4) 6105-01-333-1589; P/N 603511-168; EAD = 4 each Base Year and 4 each for all option years; 5) 6105-01-335-8326; P/N 603511-159; EAD = 4 each Base Year and 4 each for all option years; 6) 6105-01-516-5246; P/N 500826-3652; EAD = 4 each Base Year and 4 each for all option years. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) does not have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. This RFP will be issued as unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Proposals will be based on the estimated annual demand. Each item will be evaluated independently and could result in multiple awards. The award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery equal to price. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination.
