- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and attachment (1). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation #N65236-05- Q-9625 is hereby issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation is for the purchase of services to integrate and enhance the DB2 software for Horizontal Fusion integration. This software has been integrated into the current Horizontal Fusion architecture utilizing custom web services. This is sole source procurement under NAICS 541512. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-03. The following FAR Clause is hereby incorporated by reference: 52.213-4, Terms and Conditions. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency in response to this solicitation.
