- Note change to issue and closing dates. Solicitation for NSN 5970-00-983-7901, Combined requirements PR#s 0011184250 & 0011184251, Insulation Sleeving. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specifications/Standards and /or Voluntary Industry) Standards. Refer to 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. IAW SAE AMS-DTL-23053, Basic dtd 99 July 01. Note 1 applies, this is a 100% total small business set-aside with option for increased quantity up to 100%. A domestic end product applies. Procured on basis of full and open competition. Firm fixed price for quantity of 593 FT. FOB Origin and inspection /acceptance origin in accordance with QAP 002. Requested delivery within 90 days ARO. This is a request for a written offer. Please, submit offers to Bid Custodian at Fax: (804) 279-4165. A request for proposal will be issued on or about June 22, 2005 and close on or about July 22, 2005. Solicitation package must be completed in its entirety prior to submission. Incomplete submission of the solicitation package may be deemed unacceptable and may result in disqualification of proposal. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which may be considered. Automated Best Value Model: The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
