- The Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, Security Technology Operations Division has a requirement to acquire a variety of Quality Assurance Services in support of DS/C/ST operations at DoS facilities worldwide. A Fixed hourly rate (Time and Material) performance – based type of contract is expected. The contract is expected to be a base year and four (4) one year options. This acquisition is a total small business set aside. The Contractor awarded the contract shall have the appropriate security clearances required prior to award, which is detailed in the solicitation.
