- This modification is issued to update the previously submitted SF 33 and to change the date of the preproposal conference as follows: (1) Offerors shall use the revised SF 33 submitted on 11/3/2004 in lieu of the previously submitted blank SF 33. (2) The time of the Louisiana Pre-proposal Conference has changed from 3:00-5:00 p.m. to 4:00-6:00 p.m. on November 9th. For those attending in person, the following information should be helpful. General Services Administration Conference Room 14A02 819 Taylor Street Fort Worth, TX 76102 A meet-me teleconference bridge 817-978-7997 will be available for those unable to attend in person. Please limit conference bridge access to one connection per company.
