Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office has a requirement for IV (TPN/PPN) preparation and delivery services. The solution is on a prescription basis and/or the IV medication admix tures consist of the base solution electrolytes and additives for TPN/PPN and cardiopledgic solutions and 20% Fat Emulsion per 100 mi. for Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC), Washington, DC. The proposed contract is for a period of performance from 2 3 Jun 05 through 30 Sep 05. This action is unrestricted under NAICS 325412 and SIC code 2834 with a size standard of 750 employees. All questions related to this notice must be addressed in writing via e-mail to the Contract Administrator listed below. Questions received prior to 21 Jun 05 will be answered by the issuance of an amendment to the RFQ. Any questions received after 21 Jun 05 will not be answered.
