Description

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, appliances and tools necessary to perform all operations required for the inspection, maintenance and repair or replacement of all components related to the heating, ventilating and ai r conditioning systems and associated control systems at the U.S. Army Reserve Center, 64 Harvey Road, Londonderry, New Hampshire. Also included are monthly site visits to perform routine inspection and maintenance of all systems and controls, beginning of season start up and end of season shut down operations for both heating and air conditioning systems, and emergency site visits. An option for one additional year is part of this solicitation. The estimated cost of this procurement (including the option) is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be available on or about 6 July 2005. Prospective contractors are required to self register their firm on the Internet to receive this solicitation. Registration instructions are available on the inte rnet at http://www.nae.usace.army.mil. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Neither telephonic, mailed nor faxed requests will be accepted. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. Th is procurement is UNRESTRICTED. The applicable NAICS code is 333415 with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
