- Description
- The Government intends to negotiate an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Task Order contract with Advanced CounterMeasures System (ACMS) with an estimated minimum quantity limit of $40,000.00. The maximum quantity limit estimated (ceiling) is $500,000.00. The ID/IQ contract will continue the maintenance and repair, field support and upgrades to USAOTC Test Instrumentation Devices. The authority is FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency r equirements. ACMS is a Woman Owned - Small Business that is a Division of Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC), who is also a small disadvantaged business will enter into a task order contract. ACMS is currently providing the maintenance and repair, field support and upgrade test instrumentation device support to the United States Army Operational Test Command (USAOTC) Transformation and Technology Directorate's (TTD). ACMS is the software developer and manufacturer of this Test Instrumentation Devices, su ch as, the Target Receiver Injection Module (TRIM), Family of Field Data Collectors (IFDCs), Dismounted Troop Mounted Vest (DMT) and the Family of Weapons Performance System (WPS). The Government does not posses a Technical Data Package that will support Full and Open Competition. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement action is 5411710. This public notice, IAW FAR 5.201, is to issue a Request for Proposal W9115U-05-R-0003 to ACMS as a sole source p rocurement action. This is a 100% Small Business setaside. This is not a commercial item. See Numbered Notes 1, 22 and 26.
