- Description
- HOSPITAL HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES AT FORT LEE, VA. Solicitation number W81K04-05-R-0003. This requirement is for non-personal hospital housekeeping services at Kenner Army Health Clinic, Fort Lee, VA. The contractor shall possess corporate hospital h ousekeeping experience. The contractor shall have gained this experience as a result of being regularly engaged in the business of providing hospital housekeeping services in health-care/patient-care environments. The minimum level of acceptable experien ce shall be at least 24 months (full time) within the previous 36 months of the due date established for submission of proposal(s). Periods of acceptable performance may have been incurred at more than one site for at least 12 consecutive months at each s ite and cannot be gained at two or more sites concurrently. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management support, transportation, equipment, tools, materials and services to provide complete hospital housekeeping services. The total sq uare footage is approximately 142,000 within six buildings. The base period of performance will be from 1 April 2005 to 30 September 2005 with four 1-year options through 30 September 2009. The solicitation will be issued on or about 7 December 2004. Th is procurement is 100% set-aside for eligible 8(a) concerns. The NAICS code is 561720. The Small Business Size Standard for this requirement is $14,000,000.00.
