- Description
- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to issue a sole source contract to Smith Detection, Inc., 30 Technology Drive, Warren, NJ. 07059 for maintenance on 15 Heimann Systems Security X-Ray machines, Model 6040A, located throughout SEC regional offices in the United States. Contract Base Period is 12 months with 4 one-year options. Interested parties are advised that no solicitation document is available for this requirement and parties shall identify their interest and capacity by submitting a capabilities statement by June 23, 2005, to the Rosetta P. Wright-Samuel, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, 100 F Street, Station Place, Mail Stop 0008, Washington, D.C. 20001.
