- The Contractor shall furnish and deliver (f.o.b. destination) 6,090 tons of aggregate base course (ABC) to a designated BIA storage area near New Mexico Route 491, Mile Post 51, located approximately 5 miles south of Newcomb, New Mexico. The ABC shall conform to the requirements of the FP-03 (Standard Specification for Construction of Roads and Bridges on Federal Highway Project) and other requirements. This procurement is a total set for small business concerns. Vendors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration to receive contracts and purchase orders from the federal government (website: http://www.ccr.gov). Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued on/or about June 29, 2005. Written requests only; telephone request will not be accepted.
