- The Regional Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirements contract with a base year and four option periods to a single contractor. This quotation will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The contract will provide automotive parts and supplies for the support of the Motor-Transportation operation at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina. Automotive parts and supplies requirement will include, but are not limited to: oil filters, air filters, switches, flashers, brake parts, lamps, adapter plugs, etc. While the majority of the items to be purchased under this contract will be listed, the government desires the ability to order anything in the Awardees catalog. Therefore, a complete catalog of all available items should be provided to the government. Any discounts offered on the standard line items will apply to all catalog items. The estimated an! nual dollar amount to be spent on automotive parts and supplies for the Motor-Transportation operation is $120K. This contract will be awarded to the contractor providing the best overall value of automotive parts and supplies to the Government (FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items). The government reserves the right to reject a price that is unreasonably high, or a low price that appears to be underbid.
