- The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is soliciting for contractors to perform quarterly scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance service on miscellaneous food processing equipment at the following commissaries Robins AFB, Shaw AFB, Fort Gordon, Fort Benning, Fort Jackson, and Fort Eustis. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 811412 and the business size is $6 million. This request for quotation (RFQ) is scheduled to be issued on or about June 24, 2005, and will close July 11, 2005. This RFQ will be available on FedBizOpps using the following URL: http://vsearch1.eps.gov/servlet/SearchServlet. Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of the RFQ in lieu of requesting a paper copy. Request for paper copies must be in writing and e-mailed to Mary.Adediran@deca.mil; faxed to (804) 734-8598; or mailed to: Defense Commissary Agency, CBU CICDS (Mary Adediran), 1300 E Ave, Fort Lee, VA 23801-1800. Written requests must contain contractor's name, address, phone number, fax number and e-mail address. By submitting an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract or purchase order.
