Description

General Services Administration; Public Building Services; Northwest Region 10, Property Development Division; Facilities Operations Support Team; Contract Services Team has a requirement for Operations, Maintenance & Other Services at the Wenatchee Federal Building/U.S. Post Office located in Wenatchee, Washington. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and assure effective performance of Operations, Maintenance & Other Services. The contract is a firm fixed price, performance-based contract, which consist of a three-year base with two options varying from one-year to three-years dependent on contract performance. The estimated start date is August 1, 2005 and is a total small business set-aside. The North American industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 Facilities Support Services with a small business size standard of $30 million. The solicitation will be available on or about June 20, 2005. All offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov), Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database (www.orca.bpn.gov), and VETS 100 website (www.vets100.cudenver.edu/). It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor FEDBIZOPPS for changes and updates. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be provided. Estimated value of this acquisition is between $750,000 to $1 million.
