- Purchase and delivery of Talon Explosive Ordinance (EOD) Robot or equal with the following attachments: Battery Kit, AC to DC power kit, Remote Camera, Fiber Optic communications cable, Illumination package, Tilt Mast, wrist assembly, camcorder kit, Night Vision assembly for camera, high grain antenna kit, shipping container, Diagnostics kit.
