- Description
- This is a solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the subparts in Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. A written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation number 673-91-05 applies and is issued as a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-04. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 51120 and the business size standard is 500 employees. Provide all labor (direct and indirect), supplies, equipment, overhead, and postage to provide distribution of advertising in the State of Florida in a professional, peer-reviewed nursing journal which offers continuing education, for the purpose of recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for the James A. Haley Veterans’ Hospital, Tampa, FL; distribution at applicable contractor attended job fairs and conferences for RNs and nursing students; and occasional nationwide distribution. This shall be in accordance with the terms and provisions of the solicitation, for the period July 1, 2005, through September 30, 2005, with option to extend four additional years. Subject to the availability of funds. All quotations are to be submitted by hard copy to the designated office by COB June 28, 2005. Faxed versions are acceptable. All other electronic versions are not acceptable. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available June 16, 2005. Electronic request for quotation may be obtained free at the following URL:http://www.fedbizopps.gov . Any amendments or additional information issued to this request for quotation will also be available electronically at the URL address. Request for hard copy solicitation must be in writing. No telephone request will be accepted. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor, no later than June 24, 2005, are acceptable.
