Description

The Social Security Administration intends to negotiate solely with Innovation Data Processing, 275 Paterson Avenue, Little Falls, NJ 07424-1658 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1 ?only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements? for rental of mainframe non-disruptive software data relocation tool (FDR PAS). The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. The required period of performance is July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006. Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill this requirement. A solicitation is not available; therefore, written and/or verbal requests for copies of a solicitation related to this announcement will not be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
