Description
Solicitation number W27P4A-05-R-0006 is hereby issued as a request for proposal. Joint Contracting Command-Iraq, Multinational Forces-Iraq, PARC Forces at Camp Victory, Iraq intends to enter into a contract for Phoenix Academy Life Support Services, Taji, Iraq. The contractor will provide all resources, personnel, equipment and management necessary to operate and maintain the Phoenix Academy Base Camp in support of the Iraqi Assistance Group (IAG). The maximum number of IAG forces to be located at the Phoenix Academy at any one time during the period of performance is 400 personnel. The proposed period of performance will be six (6) months from date of award with three (3), six (6) month options periods. Additionally, Option CLINS will be proposed for Bulk Fuel and Gas Station Services. Contact the Contracting Officer, Capt Marion Knapp for electronic copies of the Phoenix Academy Life Support ? Time and condition permitting a site visit may be scheduled, date and time to be announced by amendment to this posting. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in accordance with the Request for Proposal to be considered by the agency.
