- Request For Proposal (RFP) Solicitation for NSN 2840-01-212-4058, Blade, Compressor, CFM International, Cage 58828, for P/N P106P39 is the only approved source. The Government intends to incorporate subject PR for a qty of 805 each to an existing contract FAB104-04-G-0001 awarded to CFM International. The Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price type contract for this item. DSCR does not currently have an approved Technical Data Package (TDP) available for this NSN. Critical Application Item. Configuration Control Applitication. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. QAP 251 applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
