- The International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, United States Section (USIBWC) has a requirement for Contractor to provide gate operators and accessories to include: hydraulic sliding gate operators; swing gate operator; access control units (card reader only); access control units (card reader and intercom integrated); loop detector and wire system; card information; pedestals; aluminum drive rail; and emergency vehicle sensors. Items will be delivered to Falcon Heights, Texas. All requests for quote (RFQ) IBM05Q0030 must be in writing or email; no telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. RFQ requests must include business name, point of contract, address, telephone number (include area code), and RFQ number. Offers are solicited from small business concerns. Offers received from businesses that are not small business concerns will not be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335999, all other miscellaneous electrical equipment and component manufacturing.
