- The Carderock Division Naval Surface Warfare Center plans to issue a competitive solicitation for (24) Acoustic Release Units and (2) Surface Control Boxes. A detailed copy of this solicitation, including the specifications, will be posted at the following website: WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV. See numbered note 1. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This solicitation will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items.
