- PROPOSED EPS NOTICE FOR SEPTIC SYSTEMS CLEANING W911S1-05-B-0026 The contractor shall provide all material, equipment, licenses, certifications, labor and supervision necessary to provide for the Cleaning of chemical latrines, septic tanks, grey water tanks, oil water separators, and grease traps for the Regional Depart ment of Public Works, Fort Dix NJ in accordance with the contract specifications. The resultant award shall be a Firm Fixed Price requirements type contract. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 562991, 7699, $6,000,000.00 dollars. Pursuant to FAR 19.502, this acquisition is set aside for competition res tricted to small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible small business firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. Requests may be mailed to Army Reserve Contracting Ce nter, Directorate of Contracting, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, New Jersey, 08640-5097; faxed to David Hess at 609-562-6933 or emailed to david.wesley.hess@dix.army.mil and claudia.adams@dix.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests sent via mail must contain a verifiable return address or they will not be opened.
