Description
Greetings, I potentially have an upcoming requirement to furnish liquid petroleum gas (LPG) service to the following areas: 1) USAF Academy (located in Colorado Springs, CO): involves approximately 42 buildings with an average consumption of 90,500 gallons per year; 2) Farish Memorial Park (located in Woodland Park, CO): involves approximately 14 buildings with an average consumption of 19,000 gallons per year; and 3) Bullseye (located East of Schriever AFB, CO, near Yoder, CO): involves one building with an average consumption of 2,800 gallons per year. Specifications are not yet finalized but to date, the requirement includes providing all management, tools, vehicles, equipment, and labor to provide LPG to these locations. In addition, the requirement includes installation and maintenance in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations and OSHA Sta 29 CFR 1910.110, as well as 24 hour emergency service. And it entails maintaining tank appearance, i.e., painted and/or touched up at least once a year and marked with all appropriate labels. Also, the provider will be required to provide 47 large capacity tanks (twenty-four 500-gallon tanks, and twenty-three 1000-gallon tanks), while servicing an additional 12 Government-owned tanks of various sizes. **NOTE** Although the set-aside block above notes N/A, that has not yet been determined. **DISCLAIMER** It is important to note this is an UNFUNDED requirement at this time. As such, an award may not be made as a result of this inquiry. **THIS IS ONLY AN INQUIRY** as to your interest, it is NOT a solicitation NOR is it a request for your proposal. If capable and interested in supplying this potential requirement, please e-mail Lana.Skinner@usafa.af.mil (****NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE****) no later than Monday, 20 June 2005, 4:00 P.M. Mountain Time (that's 6:00 P.M. Eastern Time), stating your interest along with the following information: 1) CAGE Code; 2) Business size status with respect to NAICS 454312; and 3) Whether you can meet the required capacity in all three areas noted above; not just that you are a supplier of LPG. If you are not interested in supplying this requirement, no reply is necessary. And if you miss the deadline of 20 Jun 05, 4:00 P.M. Mountain Time, please do not respond. Just keep apprised of any further updates regarding this requirement via FBO.
