- This is a combined/synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F3Z1035146A100, is issued as a request for quotation This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-04 and Defense DCN 20050606. The solicitation listed here is 100% small business set aside. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) 8415. The associated Standard Classification (SIC) is 2311.
