- We propose to award a sole source contract for the Annual Site License from CS Solutions (OEM) for unlimited use of their Earned Value Management software system. The renewal of maintenance and support site license agreement includes the following: unlimited use of the products wInsight Administrator; C/S Glue for MS Project; hotline phone support; access to the web-based Footprints Customer Support Center; maintenance releases; and major upgrades on servers, computers, and networks at facilities within a one mile radius located at Los Angeles Air Force Base, California. If your company can provide this Annual Site License that can meet the requirements, as outlined above, submit the information not later than Thursday, 30 June 2005. Please ensure the information is detailed and clearly identified so it can be reviewed and evaluated.
