- Under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the VA Connecticut Healthcare System's West Haven Campus, located at 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516.The VA intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Argonaut Technologies, Inc., located at 1101 Chess Drive, Foster City, CA 94004 to provide one Flash Master II, to be used in conjunction with existing Argonaut Technologies brain imaging equipment in our Radiochemistry lab. Anyone wishing to respond to this notice must show clear and convincing evidencence that they can meet this requirement. Interested parties have until 6/20/05 to submit their qualifications and capabilities in writing. Such qualifications and capabilities will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
