The Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) ONLY for professional information technology consultant services for maintenance and support for all components and software used to operate, access, and update the existing Automatic Directory Lookup System (ADLS) that is part of a standard Microsoft Access(c) database configuration and ensure functionality between this system and the data field interfaces to the Veterans Integrated Software Technology Architecture (VISTA) system required for importing data. The main function of the ADLS system is a database design and database management system to store contact information for patients, physicians, and employees that is readily accessible. The database also contains a number of customized components that address specific needs. Potential offerors for the solicitation mailing list can also send hard copy or facsimile copies of information to Bonny Walter, Contracting Officer RFMS/90C, Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center, 650 E.
