Description

This VA Medical Center has a requirement for utilization of a pre-established community-based clinic with pyshicians and personnel in the area of Konawa, Oklahoma for primary care and routine/follow up services to include normal x-ray, laboratory, and pharmaceutical services. Clinic must be located within a 30-mile radius from the center of Konawa, Oklahoma and be located within our primary service area in teh State of Oklahoma. Physicians and technicians operating under the resulting contract must meet all evaluation criteria and other professional certifications required to operate in such a clinic. Clinic profiles will be determined by the VA Medical Center Director as workload demands. Solicitation issue date shall be on or about June 15, 2005.
