- The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for a master subservicer for multifamily loan portfolios on behalf of the Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae). The services include, loan servicing, portfolio and loan sale support, default support as well as additional support services related to the management of Ginnie Mae?s multifamily loan portfolio. The awardee of the resulting contract must be a Ginnie Mae approved multifamily issuer. The anticipated period of performance is 5 years which may include one or more options. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 523999 (Miscellaneous Financial Investment Activities) with a small business size standard of $21 million. The anticipated posting date for the solicitation is July 5, 2005.
