- *********ONLY WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL BE HONORED********* IMPORTANT: TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE HONORED ********* The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment and supervision to perform field topographic, planimetric and utility surveys, office computations and 3D digital mapping for use in developing ?Plans and Specifications? as detailed in the Statement of Work. Work is required in four (4) separate tasks listed in order of priority for performance, located at ISC Kodiak, Kodiak Island, ALASKA. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: as stated in Statement of Work. Performance Period is from anticipated award date of 22 July 2005 through 22 November 2005 or before. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH USCG Safety regulations, as well as all Federal and State Safety Regulations. ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS ARE CONTAINED IN STATEMENT OF WORK THAT WILL BE INCLUDED WITH REQUEST FOR QUOTE DOCUMENTS WHEN THEY ARE ISSUED ON APPROXIMATELY 29 JUNE 2005. Estimated price is UNDER $40,000. This is a small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a written quotation, which shall be considered. Solicitation package issue date is approximately JUNE 29, 2005. Written quotes will be due on / about JULY 18, 2005.
