- This is a presolicitation notice for the effort entitled "One-on-One In-Depth Interviewing." This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The purpose of this contract is to provide the Food and Drug Administration/Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition with a means to elicit timely qualitative consumer information of interest expediously and on an-needed basis.
