Description
Please note that NAICS code is 923110 and 923130. The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking further information from industry as part of a competitive procurement for the Human Development (HD) Technology and Services (HDT&S) program. HDT&S is one of four major service areas within the HD Directorate. The HD strategy is to forge a partnership with industry to train, develop and retain a diverse government cadre of Geospatial-Intelligence (GEOINT) professionals with the knowledge and skills to meet current and future mission requirements. This focus on partnership is important because many of the HD functions are performed in conjunction with Government personnel. The HD strategy is divided into four major service areas: Program Office Support, Organizational Development, Corporate Wellness, and HDT&S. A synopsis of each of the service areas is provided below: Program Office Support provides assistance to program office personnel in supporting ongoing and future acquisitions within the HD Directorate. Organizational Development includes teambuilding, goal setting, group facilitation, organizational assessments, creative problem solving, and management development. Corporate Wellness provides worldwide, one-on-one counseling services (to include general counseling, legal, financial, flexible work schedule, elder care, child care, substance abuse, mental health, workplace issues, parenting, work/family balance, grief, depression) available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to employees and their household members. HDT&S includes recruitment, personnel actions, personnel action processing & file maintenance, drug testing, benefits & retirement services, inquiry/call center for employees, strategic workforce planning, corporate training programs (including geospatial intelligence professional training), professional school administration, information technology operations and sustainment. All responses MUST be received electronically by 11:00 am eastern time on June 28, 2005. Please log on to https://arc.westfields.net and follow the directions on the website to register and submit the white paper. Any questions are to be submitted to the above referenced website. For additional details including the draft HDT&S Performance Work Statement go to the above mentioned website. All questions regarding this procurement shall be addressed to the Contracting Officer. This announcement is not a request for proposal.
