- The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks expression of interest from owners and authorized agents of existing commercial office space within the centralized business area of Kansas City, Kansas. LOCATION: The centralized business area is defined as: Eleventh Street on the west State Street on the north extending east to 10th street 10th Street north to Washington Washington east to 6th Street 6th Street north to Everett Everett east to 5th Street 5th Street south to Washington Washington east to 3rd Street 3rd Street south to Minnesota as it extends to the west to 4th Street 4th Street south to Armstrong Armstrong west to 5th street 5th Street south to Ann West on Ann to 6th Street 6th Street south to Tauramee Tauramee west to 8th Street North on 8th Street to Ann West on Ann to 9th Street North on 9th Street to Armstrong West on Armstrong to 11th Street AMOUNT: GSA presently leases approximately 70,000 rentable square feet of office and related space in Kansas City, Kansas. The lease is expiring and GSA is interested in considering alternative space if it is economically advantageous to relocate. GSA will consider agency mission requirements, the cost of moving, cost of alterations, etc., when analyzing whether to relocate. This is an inquiry only, not an invitation to bid. Properties that meet the requirement above shall be inspected and approved by the GSA Contracting Officer before a Soliciatation for Offers is issued.
