- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO A TOPICAL BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT (BAA) FOR AN EXPENDABLE SUBMARINE COMMUNICATIONS BUOY THAT WAS INITIALLY POSTED ON MAY 13, 2005. The closing date for this remains unchanged at 1 July 2005. While any additional questions submitted will be considered, unless absolutely necessary the Government does NOT intend to provide any additional information regarding this BAA. With the exception of the 24 June through 10 July dates, the primary POC for this BAA remains Ray Smith 401-832-5939, SmithRD@npt.nuwc.navy.mil Between 24 June and 10 July, the POC for this BAA is E. M. Cannata at 401-832-1441, or CannataEM@npt.nuwc.navy.mil. There have been several questions asked regarding this BAA.
