- Description
- Provide all labor, material and equipment to drill, case and develop two domestic water wells. Provide and install 5 inch diameter casing. Provide and install 5 inch diameter well screen and gravel pack. Develop and register the new domestic wells. Provide and install submersible pumps, drop pipe, drop cable, motor controls, pitless adaptors, new water lines, electrical conductor, with all associated plumbing and electrical work. Furnish and install water supply piping, valves, and fittings with associated earthwork. Provide and install new submersible pump, drop pipe, drop cable, motor controls, new water line, electrical conductor, with all associated plumbing and electrical work for an existing well. Abandon four existing wells in accordance with the State of Nebraska Standards. Performance period will be 60 days from Notice to Proceed. The value of this requirement is between $25,000-$100,000. The location of the project is Valentine, Nebraska, Fort Niobrara National Wildlife Refuge. Contact Project Leader at 402-376-3789 for site visit. The Request for Quotation will be issued on or about June 29, 2005 with a closing date of on or about July 28, 2005. the RFQ will be available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) (http://www.fedbizopps.gov). Parties accessing the RFQ through GPE are to submit their quote through the GPE. Parties that are unable to access the GPE, shall fax a request for the RFQ to 303-236-4791, Attn: Gerri Sylliaasen. Please include the RFQ number, your company name, address, telephone number, contact name, and fax number. This acquisition is set-aside for small businesses.
