Description

Amendment to AE Solicitation Number W9128F-05-R-0025, Operations Building Expansion, Buckley AFB, CO. Changes are as follows 1. Paragraph 4  SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS  Paragraph c  SF 330, Part I, Section H. Revise to read thus: c. SF 330, Part I, Section H (Additional Information) shall contain the following information. 1. Item 1  Understanding of the mission, operations, and organizations comprising the Aerospace Data Facility and the interfaces these organizations have with external organizations  Provide a narrative to include the information on you firm requested in Paragraph 3a above. 2. Item 2  Management Plan Inc lude the information requested in Paragraph 3e above. 3. Item 3 - Capacity to complete the work. Reference Paragraph 3f above. Provide a 1-2 page narrative discussing the capacity of the design firm to meet schedules, including adequacy of qualified pers onnel available and past experience in meeting tight design schedules. 4. Item 4 - Extent of participation of SB, SDB, WOSB, S-DV, Hubzone, and, if appropriate, historically black colleges and universities, measured as a percentage of the total estimated effort compared to the goals identified in Paragraph 1 above. 5. Item 5  Volume of Intelligence Community and DOD contracts within the last 12 months - Reference Paragraph 3h above. Provide a complete listing of all IC and DOD projects designed within the last 12 months. This listing shall include all IC and DOD projects performed within the last 12 months, no matter what stage of design or the extent of design effort required. The A-E shall provide a narrative describing previous similar projects, including pictures if available, to show how they met the condit ions in Section 3 a-f. Reference Small Business Subcontracting Plan submittal, the Omaha Districts goals are as follows Small Business 50.9%, Small Disadvantaged Business 8.8%, Women Owned Business 7.2%, Historically Underutilized Business Zone Small Business 2.9%, Service Disab led Veteran Owned Small Business 0.5%. Reference 1 inch margin change to ? inch. Reference font size, for flow diagrams, organization charts and labeling of image it may be less than 10. Section F the one page limit is increased to a maximum of 2 pages and if previous work is a part of an overall project a brief summary may be included but, must be contained in the 2 pages.
