- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number W31P4Q-05- P-0536 is being issued as a request for quote. SAE is the only available direct source known to meet full requirements for full text images access to all products required in the subscription. See Numbered note 22. Therefore no competitive RFP will be i ssued. However any proposals submitted by interested parties will be considered up to June 28, 2005 no later than 12:00 noon, local time. Facsimile quotes are acceptable at 256-876-7799 to the Attention of Larnett Kent. Quotes/offers received after the specified due date and time will not be considered for award.
